I recently stayed at Hyatt Place in Bharuch for one night. The hotel staff was kind and helpful, and they accommodated my cash payment request without any issues. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was new and modern. The restaurant served excellent food with great service. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

Upon entering the hotel, we were immediately impressed by the luxurious sun terrace and outdoor swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas. The staff was welcoming and attentive to our every need, including providing exclusive in-room breakfast service. The restaurant offered a diverse menu with special diet options, although the snack bar could use more variety. the hotel’s exceptional service and exclusive amenities made for a memorable stay.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the in-room dining service, as it required more effort to submit bills. Additionally, there was some confusion regarding the GST knowledge at the front desk.

The rooms at Hyatt Place Bharuch were so comfortable! The air conditioning kept us cool, and we had a cozy seating area to relax in. The flat-screen TV with satellite channels was a nice touch, and the private bathroom with a shower had all the necessary toiletries. We also loved having a hairdryer and a safety deposit box in the room.

Personally, I found the soundproofing in the triple room to be a bit lacking. But hey, that's just my opinion!

Loved the fancy garden to stroll like an aristocrat, and the sun terrace where I could imagine I was on a yacht. And oh, the buffet breakfast made me feel like a queen with endless options.

Trying to figure out which switch controlled the lights was like playing a game of "guess the magic button. " So much fun.
